We are thrilled to announce a brand-new track as part of MIT AI Film Hack: The Next Generation — the first-ever international open call for AI Films created by teenagers.

At MIT AI Film Hack, we believe AI is not just transforming the film industry, it’s opening the doors of creativity to everyone. Most importantly, it’s empowering the next generation to explore filmmaking as a new form of artistic expression. In the future, we envision AI filmmaking becoming as accessible and intuitive to young creators as drawing and painting.

We are calling to all students aged 18 and under, who have not enrolled to college yet to submit your AI Short Film to our inaugural Next Generation AI Film Open Call!

– Eligibility: Creators aged 18 or younger, not yet attending college
– Submission Deadline: September 30, 2025
– Selected Films Announced: October 2025
– Showcase: Selected films will be featured on our official website and other potential events

We also welcome collaboration from high schools, educational institutes, and AI companies interested in supporting the future of AI-powered creative education.
